Concept Data Systems (CDS) is a longtime partner of Know-Center. We've supported them in
various projects in regard to their PAT system mainly. To provide software documentation and
to keep track of software changes, CDS utilizes an MediaWiki system internally; to keep
track of customer requirements, CDS offers a ticketing system to their customers.
For this explicit case we integrated the ScaR framework to increase the searchability of
content via recommending tags and articles for (ticket) content but also to identify
overlaps to previously closed tickets.
